MALAYSIA & SINGAPORE
For domestic and Singapore deliveries, we work with NinjaVan. Each orders will be processed on the next business day before shipping out.
West Malaysia | 5 - 7 Business Days | RM8 / Free for orders > RM100 |
East Malaysia | 7 - 10 Business Days | RM15 / Free for orders > RM100 |
Singapore | 7 - 10 Business Days | RM25 / Free for orders > $150 |
Every delivery will come with a tracking code which will be sent to you via email, which you can use to track the parcel's delivery status at any point of time.

For International deliveries, we work with FedEx. Each order will also be processed on the next business day before shipping out.

For all International orders, we are not responsible for any duty / import / taxes / customs / etc charges that you may incur. You will have to check with the respective shipping company to arrange for respective duty / import / taxes / customs / etc charges incurred.

As much as we wish to be perfect with every order, we are only human and with a super small team, errors do happen as much as we try our best to minimise them.
If there is a problem with the order (e.g. the product is not what you ordered), please email us at hello@l1vin.com with your ORDER NUMBER, what the PROBLEM is AND we will usually revert back within 48hrs.
Due to the nature of the products [Food supplement / External Analgesic] , all goods are not refundable and returnable due to hygiene reasons.
If however it is a mistake on our part / the products are damaged in delivery / etc, please email us at hello@l1vin.com with your ORDER NUMBER, what the issue is AND we will work out how best to perform an Exchange / Return / Refund.
